Baby Strength Training

Baby Wearing Fitness is a strength training class that uses baby's weight as resistance. Parents wear and lift baby while performing strength and stretch exercises.  Its a full body toning workout for parents or caregivers while boding with baby!

 

Baby Strength Training is every Wednesday at 12pm at Lululemon East Hampton upstairs in the loft.
