Prenatal Fitness

Prenatal Fitness is a combination of prenatal yoga and pregnancy safe strength training exercises to keep the prenant woman healthy and active during pregnancy, preparing her for labor and speeding postpartum recovery.

 

Prenatal Fitness is every Wednesday at 5pm at Lululemon East Hampton upstairs in the loft.
